GROSSE POINTE COMMUNITY HOCKEY 2009

It’s time once again for Grosse Pointe Community spring hockey.  Interested boys, in 8th through 12th grades, attending Grosse Pointe South High School are invited to sign up for this non-checking, spring program.  Generally, we have about 80 participants, divided into 5 or 6 teams.  The games will be played on Sunday nights at either 7pm, or 8pm, at City Sports Center in Detroit.  Games will begin on Sunday, April 5th and the last games will be played on June 7th.  There will be no skates on Easter Sunday and Memorial Weekend.  Teams will be drafted in late March.  Players will be contacted by their team captain immediately after the teams have been drafted.

The cost to participate is $90.  All participants must wear full ice hockey equipment for this non-checking program.  Schedules and jerseys will be distributed to players the night of their first game.
